All orders shipped domestically in the US of $45 or more ship FREE. This includes either regular first class or priority mail (depending on the weight of the item(s) ordered). There is also an option at checkout for expedited shipping. Our general turn around time is 5-7 business days for all orders. Any items that will take longer to process will be labeled as such on the item page on our website. If we have any issues that arise that will result in a delayed shipment we will contact you at the email address provided when placing your order. 

Due to the personalized nature of the majority of our products, returns are generally not accepted. We do ask that you reach out right away (within 2 business days) upon receipt if there is an issue or any questions regarding your order so that we can do our best to resolve the issue and make things right!

We love custom orders! Due to the additional design time involved in custom orders, all custom orders will be subject to a custom fee. This fee will be discussed at the time of consultation/design planning for the order.
